Its starting off to a great week here at BeBevCo! We have two Cars at Daytona with KOMA UNWIND on their sides, had a few great calls from last weeks event at DAYTONA from racers with relationships in Beverages and C Stores, the Billboards are starting to go up in Kansas, and the NYC roll-out meetings are today.

This is also the week that we take the issue back to those that are less positive about what we are doing. Our attorneys and our team have sorted through thousands of  message board and blog postings that have violate plenty of defamation laws, Internet conduct laws, as well as a host of other laws. No longer will we sit by and have our stock devalued by these individuals. Any one wishing to join in our lawsuits as shareholders, you have the right and we welcome you!

Our first three suits will be against those known as: Variant2 , Elbiatcho1, and Olafkjelldsen all from the IHUB Message board (we know their real names and addresses). We will also send a letter to the owners of the IHUB board and/or name them as co-conspirators to these actions.

We love our products, we love our team and we love where we are going. The days of these people manipulating our business is winding down!

Bebida Beverage Company (OTC markets: BBDA) (BeBevCo) a developer, manufacturer and marketer of relaxation and energy drinks announced today that the Company’s Revenue for 2011 came in at nearly $2.4 million, a 35% increase over 2010 income. Revenues for Q4 were $663,760.43.

Additionally, based on strongly increasing sales both domestically and abroad through a significant boost in partnerships and distributorships in Q1, 2012, the Company expects 2012 revenues to increase 40 to 55 percent. Koma Unwind, the Company’s flagship product is a category leader in relaxation drinks worldwide. In fact, Koma Unwind leads the second place competitor by a better than 4-1 margin in brand awareness across the entire Internet on a global scale.

“To think of where we came from in 2009 with an upside down Company with no sales and a boatload of debt, we have turned this thing around in a big way. The original Company had no distribution and 400 bottles of water for assets. From 2010-11 the Company’s assets have grown to office equipment, including desks and computers for all employees, forklifts, trucks and around $250k of equity in the 23,000 ft building we own,” explained Brian Weber, CEO of BeBevCo.

“We have been saying for quite some time that all of these distribution deals and partnerships would reflect on the bottom line. I think we have undeniable proof of that now and we expect 2012 to be a huge year for us financially,” said Weber.

“Right now our stock is trading at one sixth of annual revenues. Even using a standard price to earnings ratio of 10, our stock should be conservatively trading at .006, but we are trading at .0007,” said Weber. “Right now our stock is trading right at net income which is ridiculous. We are going to have to do something and with cash flow improving, we are going to look at a systematic buy back of the stock and get off the Pink Sheets so we can be fairly valued. The current situation is not fair to us or our shareholders,” Weber said.

“We have been the solid category leader in brand mentions across the Internet since the middle of last year. We continue to increase our lead over our competitors. The relaxation drink category is growing fast and people are starting to recognize this. The IBISWorld Report published in October of 2011 indicated a nearly 25% growth rate year to year for the next 5 years starting in 2012 and we are positioned to take advantage of this growth,” Weber continued.

“As the Relaxation drink category continues to expand we are positioned to pick up more and more volume per year. But, we are also extremely excited about the addition of RELAX5 relaxation shot and more so with the recent partnership of Grupo Kosako and their spirits and soda line. These developments will be an enormous addition to our bottom line over the next two years,” Weber said.

“Next month, I will be in London, to speak at the 8th InnoBev Global Beverages Congress specifically on the relaxation drink category. This will give our Company additional and huge exposure around the world. I am sure looking forward to it,” Weber concluded.

Invesiones imports and distributes many American made products through their partners to around 7000 retail locations in Costa Rica.

BeBevCo is the exclusive U.S. importer and brand manager for Grupo Kosako’s emerging brands from Mexico. These will be the first products BeBevCo will work with that contain alcohol.
