Shareholder Update 6 September 2012

by admin on September 6, 2012

Good Morning,

I woke up this morning to a host of emails once again from concerned shareholders over apparently the rampant attacks and conversations on the blogs. At first I thought to not even address this again. But then as President Clinton recited Reagan last night in his speech “Here they go again” I decided I would for the sake of all the faithful and dedicated.

We have had a long, tedious, and persistent journey when it comes to the OTC markets. We have proven that hard work, great product and persistence can win out even in these OTC conditions that, as a general rule, are developmental companies with ideas but no plan.

As I have said many times before; we have a plan! We have adjusted occasionally but fundamentally we are following the plan. We are now in what I spelled out months ago as a “plateau period,” the next part of our plan is a slow and tedious share buyback over time. The haters want you to believe it’s not conceivable for a number of reasons. They are correct about one piece of their rant: it will be expensive, but that is the best part for investors. I have asked over the years for your support to rally around our vision and help us capitalize and keep moving forward. We will return your efforts and investments with the fruits of ours. Yes it may be costly, but it is the right thing to do!

In closing, please continue to ask yourselves: why and how can self proclaimed investors bash and destroy at such a constant and feverish pace for so long? I’ll tell you why! I have been all over this country asking that question… the secret is out! They bash and collect stock as it falls from those who listen to their banter and fear. Then, they quiet down and run this stock up and sell. This is done both by individuals and collections of Wall Street groups.

I have said it before, I cannot give advice on your participation level of our stock and company, but these are the facts: we have the #1 brand of Relaxation Product in the USA, we have continued to grow steadily and haven’t even hit our massive growth curve; we have a plan! My team and I will not be out worked by anyone!

Truly,

BW

Hey Brian ,

I think that most people on this site are behind you 100%. If people pay attention as to what’s going on with the company there shouldn’t be any doubt as to what you and your team are doing and will do to get the company to be the best that it can be

There are always roadblocks and unforeseen circumstances but if you stay the course and adjust here and there things will work out.

Donald

Nobody is attacking Mr. BW. With the stock going up and side way, it is moving forward. But I think there is more than this $$$.

Brian,

When you pull this off and you will, your personal stock value (as a person) will go through the roof!

This could be just the start for you, these long term investors (including myself) are counting on you.
When you do most of the things you said you would, they will follow you anywhere—–thousands of investors will speak your name with a sense of WOW, especially knowing what we all know of the penny stock world.

Naysayers will look VERY bad and lose ALL credibility.

God Bless,

Reggie

Hi Brian,
thank you for your update! even if I truly believe in BBDA and you, it’s getting on my nerves each time that I can read something negative, disrespectful about you and BBDA. I’ve written that on KU’s Facebook …
“Brian we believe in you and we’re waiting for big news from you (Walmart expansion for instance) in order to shut basher’s or skeptical peoples mouth! thank you for doing such great things!” You’re doing such great things, we as long term investor know that you’re a man of word that you’re going to do this systematic buy back (step by step like Monster did) at the end of the year and no r/s will be done. they’re trying to scare new investors…Later, I’m already aware that we’ll laugh together when BBDA will be Walmart nationwide, Euro-Asia deals etc. As marketing specialist, I’m very impressed about your skill, entrepreneurship spirit, your willingness to developp your brand etc.
As I’ve said before, you’re welcome in Switzerland when you travel to Europe.
Take care of yourself!

Brian,
I think you do have a gem here and been foloowing. Have you considered marketing your product in Oregon, Washington areas? I think the drink would excel in Oregon..I saw you have marketed in Cali right?

Thanks for pointing this out Brian, it’s upsetting that many investors aren’t wise to these facts.

IT’s appauling that some people can’t come out on top playing fair. There are thousands of running stocks to choose from why be a vulture trader taking advantage of stocks that are consolidating.

I have confidence in the company, graph looks like a coiled spring ready to release some profits next week.

Many message are full of the gutless or false fan or investor. I have found the most negative are usually plants from other competitors. You point is very valid about why would a true investor want to bash a product. 1. They are really not an investor or 2. They are mad they did not get in early and wish to short sell or drive the price down so they can invest more. Please keep moving forward. As a multiple business owner, I understand controlled. P.S. I would not quote Clinton. Even if he was quoting Reagan.

Thank you for shutting them up. I am sick and tired of everyone acting as if Rome was built overnight. Take your time Boss. Perfection comes at a slow pace. You have done such a Great job thus far. I plan on holding my shares for the long haul. I buy as I see fit. I never sell on a Haters Advice. Cheers to you. And I can’t wait for Koma to hit Seattle!

Mr. Weber, HooRah again, to you and TEAM. I am disappointed that the need to address the bashers has occurred again, but with all the attempts to do harm to BeBevCo and the stock by these people, I’m certainly glad you did. Thank you for the continued confidence in the true investors here as I have continued confidence in you, BeBevCo, and the entire Team! I continually and personally use the products as well as spread the word on its usefulness and the unique position your company has worked so hard to be in. I truly believe in the products and BeBevCo’s direction and that makes supporting it VERY easy. You make it easy! Thank you again!

And remember, they don’t boo nobody’s.
I’m in it to win it.

I love this product and I believe this market has only begun scratch the surface of the relaxation market. I was watching TV this weekend and saw a commercial for another brand. This just proves to all the naysayers there is a market for relaxation. I am in this for the long run and appreciate all the updates.

Dear Mr. Weber
As an investor who believe in your ability to keep growing the business as you have, don’t change, stay the course. Here’s an idea. Can we see the KOMA truck in a video clip going around the track in a race, then switch to a in-cab view of the race for the intense driving condition and after the race the driver or group of drivers coming over to the KOMA camp to unwind.

Reply

George Williams September 10, 2012 at 10:13 pm

Another idea is the fact that J Lo was holding a KOMA in her video which got millions of hits, ask her if you can use a clip from one of her concerts mixed with that video to imply that after a fast action show she unwinds with KOMA

Our strong revenue and accounts receivable position reflects the continuing growth of both distribution reach and mass market appeal of our KOMA Unwind, Relax5 Relaxation products as well as Potencia Blast Energy Shot products. With many new retail operations now on board, and our continuing marketing and awareness efforts, we see the potential for triple or quadruple sales numbers for the next twelve months,” said Brian Weber, BeBevCo CEO.
So the current second quarter net income is 3.5 million, as you read above brain says
Bbda will increase the sales this net income 4 times in the next 12 months
This means a net Income of 1 million per quarter
Which means 4 million in 4 quarters
Divide 4m divided by the 2,225,000,000 outstanding
The result is an EPS. OF 0.0018 per share
Multiply the eps by a PE of 20
0.0018 * 20 the answer is a fair value of 0.036 $ per share

thank you sir, for the insight. I was watching a hotel company executive on television the other night, and he made the statement,” what hotels are selling is really just a good nights sleep” if he really belives this, perhaps the chain of hotels under his watch should have Koma available for their guests.
